Espanola Island

A few photos from our outing this morning, on Espanola Island, one of the oldest islands in the archipelago.....
where you can find blue-footed boobies guarding their precious eggs,


and the marine iguanas are more colorful than on any of the other islands.

It was a bonus to see some feeding in a tide pool from above.

Finally, a photo from a friend, one of the naturalists, Juan Carlos who took this of me on our walk Friday evening on Santiago Island.
